The museum’s permanent exhibits display objects from as far away as Africa, Oceania, and Latin America, and as nearby as North Carolina’s Yadkin River Valley.

Exhibits include:

  • Archaeology in the Yadkin River Valley
  • Art of Sky, Art of Earth: Maya Cosmic Imagery
  • Días de los Muertos (Days of the Dead)
  • African Religion

Upcoming exhibits will cover topics including fashion around the world, the Peace Corps’ 50th anniversary, and the Mexican “Day of the Dead” celebration. Exhibits include hands-on activities for all ages.
