Rick Osborn is a liberal arts graduate (B.A) from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from Southeastern Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina.

Along with a background in art, design, music, ministry, counseling and writing, Rick pooled his skills to contribute to the overall design, editing and writing of The Anti-Estrogenic Diet book. He currently works part-time with Transformation, Inc. as a nutritional and fitness consultant. The remainder of his time consists of lifestyle coaching, including nutritional, fitness and spiritual counseling, as well as doing freelance marketing, graphic and web design projects, and itinerant music ministry.
Rick is a licensed minister and holds nutritional certifications for both the Warrior Diet and the Anti-Estrogenic Diet, as well as for Controlled Fatigue Training. Furthermore, he is an accomplished singer and musician, having done numerous concerts throughout the southeast.
