After graduating from UNC at Chapel Hill, I studied traditional oil portrait painting at the Art Students' League in New York City. Upon returning to North Carolina, I began to experiment with various subjects and mediums. My paintings of landscapes in watercolor were developed, and gradually I began to concentrate on people and faces.
Through the years, my love for children has enhanced my portrait work. I've been privileged to have the opportunity to paint clients of all ages, even the four legged ones!"
