Owner Jim Daniels has been in business in Burke County for 13 years and has five employees.

Daniels started in this industry at the age of 16. That means I have 27 years in the carpet cleaning and janitorial industry," he said. "My wife Margaret and son Jimmy have been an active part of Daniels Carpet Care for the past 13 years chat we have been operating."

After 15 years of working in the industry, Daniels wanted to open his own business and offer Burke County a carpet cleaning company that caters to those who expect quality service and customer care.

He said "We don't use bait-and-switch tactics and what we call 'splash and dash carpet cleaning.’’

Daniels said what makes the business unique is "We always strive to be the best. We care about results and we respect our customers and want their repeat work and not just the check at the end of the job. Lifelong customers is what we have and that's how it should be."

Daniels Carpet Care has set as a goal to win Best of Burke each year. "We have won the past four years," Daniels said.

How has he achieved this? "We don't cut corners we clean them. We give our customers the highest level of service, quality & customer care. We may not be the cheapest carpet cleaner out here but we are the best.’’ said Daniels.
