Al’s Art Craft have been in business in Asheville, North Carolina, since 1959 and have been at present location since 1972. Al’s Art Craft was founded by Al Ellison, Rick Ellison’s father. Rick Ellison took over the family-owned business in 1990 and has been running it ever since. Al’s Art Craft has been in business longer than any other trim shop in western North Carolina with 48 years experience.
