Boone Area Chamber of Commerce:

The Boone Area Chamber of Commerce is one of the High Country's most active, with both a very dedicated membership and an overall commitment to the betterment of the area as both a vacation destination and business hub. Blowing Rock Chamber of Commerce:

Blowing Rock is one of the crown jewels of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Chamber of Commerce knows this tight-knit-but-friendly community as no one else, and its representatives are always happy to share this knowledge with visitors and out-of-towners. Aside from general information, lists of camping and fishing sites, and brochures, the Chamber of Commerce also has a good stock of menus from the town's many restaurants.

Avery-Banner Elk Chamber of Commerce:

Avery County, North Carolina is home to famous mountain peaks like Grandfather, Beech and Sugar. It has the highest county seat in Eastern America (Newland, elv. 3,621 ft.), the highest incorporated town in Eastern America (Beech Mountain, elv. 5,506 ft.), and is known as the "Christmas tree capital of the world."

Beech Mountain Chamber of Commerce:

Ashe County, with its dual communities of Jefferson and West Jefferson, is just about as far as you can go in the High Country before entering Southwestern Virginia. The Chamber can direct travelers to just about anywhere in this sparsely populated area of Christmas tree farms and rugged mountain landscapes and offers a good selection of brochures and maps.
